Overnight Oats
If you’re craving a breakfast that feels comforting and a little indulgent, these Strawberry Blueberry Pear Oats are just the thing. The juicy berries nestle into the oats while the natural sweetness of ripe pear adds a gentle warmth in every bite. Finished with a swirl of pistachio cream, they become rich, slightly nutty, and extra satisfying, creating the kind of breakfast that makes slow mornings feel special.

Serving Size: Two Jars
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp pistachio cream
¼ cup yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 pear (diced small)
4 strawberries (diced small)
¼ cup blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl, except the pistachio cream.
Add 1 tbsp pistachio cream to the bottom of both jars.
Fill the jars roughly halfway with oat mixture.
Add 1 tbsp pistachio cream to each jar.
Fill jars with remaining oat mixture.
Let the oats sit in the refrigerator overnight, or up to three days before eating.
When ready to serve, top with walnuts, pecans and almonds or other optional toppings of choice.
Helpful Tips
No strawberry protein powder? Vanilla is a perfect swap and will still complement the berries beautifully.
Pistachio cream really puts these oats over the top, however almond butter or oat spread would make delicious alternatives.
My choice of yogurt is the Too Good blended vanilla flavor. For dairy free option you can use Silk yogurt. If you want to omit the yogurt completely, I recommend adding a mashed banana to maintain a creamy texture.
I prefer rolled oats, but quick oats may be used as well for a softer consistency. Avoid using steel-cut oats, they will remain firm and chewy without cooking.
