Helpful Tips
How to customize these oats: You can easily swap the berries depending on what you have in your kitchen. Extra cherries, blackberries, or strawberries all work beautifully in this recipe.
Dairy-free option: Use Silk yogurt , or make a homemade jam instead of a yogurt layer.
Add a boost of strawberry! Strawberry extract, strawberry protein powder or fresh strawberries may be added to the yogurt layer for extra strawberry flavor.
No strawberry protein powder? Feel free to use vanilla protein powder instead.
What type of oats are best? I prefer rolled oats, but quick oats may be used as well for a softer consistency. Avoid using steel-cut oats, they will remain firm and chewy without cooking.
