Helpful Tips
Blend the pistachio yogurt layer. Mix the Silk yogurt and pistachio cream thoroughly for a smooth, creamy layer. If the pistachio cream is thick, stir it well before measuring.
Taste before adding sweetener. Chocolate protein powder and pistachio cream can already provide sweetness, so taste your mixture before adding any extra sweetener.
Dairy-free option: Use Silk yogurt instead, you can also make a homemade jam instead of a yogurt layer.
Consider adding a mashed banana: To the chocolate oat layer for a creamier texture.
What type of oats are best? I prefer rolled oats, but quick oats may be used as well for a softer consistency. Avoid using steel-cut oats, they will remain firm and chewy without cooking.
