These peach tiramisu overnight oats combine creamy vanilla protein oats, fresh diced peaches, and a smooth espresso cottage cheese layer for a fun twist on a classic dessert. A graham cracker crumble adds a little sweetness and texture, while ground flax helps create a thicker, satisfying oat base. With layers of fruity peaches and coffee-flavored creaminess, this recipe is a delicious way to enjoy a dessert-inspired breakfast.

Food Processor. A kitchen essential that makes things like crushing graham crackers into fine crumbs so easy. I also use it for chopping, blending, and making all kinds of recipes.
Acacia Wood Cutting Board. I use this board in many of my recipe photos to display my overnight oats. I love the warm wood finish because it creates a simple, natural background that helps the jars and layers of oats stand out. It’s also reversible and can be used as a cutting board, charcuterie board, or serving board, making it a versatile piece to have in your kitchen.
Helpful Tips
Customize the layer arrangement. Feel free to arrange the different layers however you'd like. I recommend splitting the oat layer into two separate layers.
Use cold coffee. Adding ¼ cup of cold coffee to the oats brings out the tiramisu flavor without making the mixture too warm before refrigerating.
Blend until smooth. Use a food processor to blend the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and espresso powder for a creamy layer without the cottage cheese texture.
To make these oats dairy free: Omit the yogurt or use Silk yogurt instead.
If omitting yogurt: I like to add a mashed banana to maintain a creamy texture.
What types of oats are best? I prefer rolled oats, but quick oats may be used as well for a softer consistency. Avoid using steel-cut oats, they will remain firm and chewy without cooking.
